Our team of certified trainers have one goal… to help you crush yours.


APPROACH

Your personalized plan begins with a consultation. One of our certified trainers will listen to your needs and challenges to create a plan based on your body and your goals. This also includes using our Evolt 360 Body Scanner to provide an accurate overview of your body’s current state and where improvement is most needed. From there, it’s up to you, but we are here every step of the way.

Ashton Galloway

Aston is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer who has been successful in many avenues of training styles spanning from Bodybuilding, Strength and Conditioning, Hybrid Training, CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting.
With over 12 years of competitive lifting experience, Ashton has had the privilege of working under a multitude of great coaches, trainers and mentors along the way, and his desire as a QNTM Trainer is to provide any and every bit of knowledge he can in order to see everyone grow and maximize their full potential in whatever they want to achieve; both inside and outside of the gym.

Clayton Massey

Clayton is from Charleston, South Carolina, where he attended the College of Charleston getting his B.S. in Exercise Science. Once a division 1 basketball recruit, he decided it wasn’t for him but picked up strength training 4-5 days a week.

What started off as a hobby quickly grew into a passion as he watched himself transform in the gym. His love for weight training is what prompted him to study exercise science so that he could directly benefit from what the classroom had to offer. Through education and hands on experience he has been able to hone his craft with a specialty in strength and conditioning and bodybuilding. What he learned through school and experience he now applies to his own training and clients’ training alike.
