We’ll work carefully to evaluate your needs and goals to assign you the perfect motivator. From here on out it’s just you, your personal trainer, and goals to crush.

Our programs are created for YOU. There is no one size fits all model. Your certified trainer will be with you every step of the way, providing feedback and ultimately holding you accountable so that you not only meet your goal, but you crush it. Let’s face it, everyone could use a helping hand in their journey, and our certified personal trainers have one goal… to get you to the next level.


APPROACH

Your personalized plan begins with a consultation. One of our certified trainers will listen to your needs and challenges to create a plan based on your body and your goals. This also includes using our Styku 3D body scanner to provide an accurate overview of your body’s current state and where improvement is most needed. From there, it’s up to you, but we are here every step of the way.

DONNIE SCHLADT

QNTM Fit Life Personal Training Director Donnie Schladt brings his 20 years of experience in fitness and management to Nashville.  Born and raised in Chicago, he grew up a 4-season athlete and later competed in powerlifting and as a national-level bodybuilder. Former clients include professional athletes, law enforcement officers, competitive bodybuilders, actors, fitness models, and extreme weight loss candidates.

HEATH EVANS

Heath Evans has spent his life as an advocate for a healthy lifestyle. He grew up in Dayton, Ohio as an active member of his community playing football, wrestling and becoming an Eagle Scout. After High School he went on to join the Army which brought him to Tennessee in 2012 when he was stationed at Fort Campbell. While in the Army Heath served as a military police officer and was a member of multiple combative (MMA) teams. He is currently working on a bachelor’s in science at Nashville State. Heath is a 3x national qualifier in Classic Physique Bodybuilding and placed top 10 at the Mr. USA in 2018.

“I have a passion for setting goals and accomplishing them. My goal as a trainer is to do everything I can to help you achieve your goal in fitness. I specialize in bodybuilding, strength training, and Olympic lifting, and believe that through consistent, hard work and discipline anything is achievable.”

CODY TAYLOR

Cody Taylor began his journey in fitness in 2013 when he made the life-changing decision to lose almost 100 pounds.  He is now a Certified Personal Trainer from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and is preparing for his first Men’s Physique competition.  A native of Nashville, Cody likes to hit the golf course on a nice sunny afternoon.

“Losing weight didn’t only change my physical appearance, but it altered the direction of my life. I took the knowledge that I gained from my own personal journey, and combined that with my passion for helping others to changing their lives as well. I learn something new every day in this field and love passing that onto others.”
