Your personalized plan begins with a consultation. One of our certified trainers will listen to your needs and challenges to create a plan based on your body and your goals. This also includes using our Styku 3D body scanner to provide an accurate overview of your body’s current state and where improvement is most needed. From there, it’s up to you, but we are here every step of the way.

Personal Trainer Manager
Before Qntm Niko explored his passion for Martial Arts. Nikko pushed his limits and became a 1st Degree Black Belt in Moo Duk Kwan Karate & Blue Belt in Renzoku Jiu-Jitsu. While earning his degrees Nikko was a 4 sport athlete and utilized his classroom studies to maintain his body as he competed in 2 cross country state qualifiers. During his college years he competed as a mixed martial artist under the moniker Nikko “The Nightmare” Glasper. Niko’s had a winning record of 5 wins and 2 losses. His last fight was nationally televised as a “never before seen” knockout.
Nikko has a passion for fitness and will help you become a better version of yourself by any means necessary.
While at WKU, he began his personal fitness journey. What started as a way to remain competitive while staying in shape, developed into a lifestyle that drove everything he did. As he’s learned more and more about training and nutrition over the years, the absolute grind, accuracy, and structure of bodybuilding really appealed to him. He maintains principles such as the importance of functional fitness strength and mobility, combined with an affinity for powerlifting and bodybuilding. What started as a way for him to stay in shape after his athletic career ended, has now transitioned into a love and passion bigger than he could’ve ever imagined.
I cannot remember a time in my life that sports and fitness were not a prime focus. My experience in coaching fitness started with teaching riding and snowboarding lessons in high school, which enforced the importance of balance into my training. I then went on to teaching barre and kickboxing at boutique fitness studios and continued my career into personal training at The Fitness Equation in South Riding, VA. With a strong focus of my training on functional movement, I have had success with weight loss, muscle building, sports performance, and adaptive training.
